  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have never written a review but I was compelled after receiving the bike. Aside from the fact that the BMW that was delivered had heavy mileage (45K)and in poor conditions ( the side cases looked like they had been through a war and would not open properly), the level of service that I have received from this company is what made me write this review. Not only was the customer service terrible but insulting and disrespectful especially considering I was traveling in foreign countries with significant language barriers. They failed to give me proper documentation for the bike and when I brought this up they remarked they had just been through those countries and didn't have a problem. When I mentioned that the one case wouldn't open, they suggested that I was doing something wrong. When I showed them a video to prove it, they responded it has never happened before. The guy in Los Angeles David Meyers only argues with you and tells you it is NOT his problem that it's the company in Germany whose problem it is. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
